Erik Lindgren has an extensive and eclectic catalog of original compositions, ranging from contemporary classical works to popular songs to jingles to avant-garde music. A large percentage of these works have been professionally recorded and are commercially available on compact disc. Evolved out of Lindgren’s collaboration with the Sonare Wind Trio, the Frankenstein’s Consort ensemble proves that art music can be both elevating and entertaining. The group’s repertoire is centered around Lindgren’s works plus unique arrangements of compositions by Raymond Scott, Erik Satie, The Edgar Winter Band, and Birdsongs of the Mesozoic. In 2007 The Frankenstein Consort released their first CD Classical-a-Go-Go.
