Chinese Dumpling Eating Contest
This is the first Dumpling eating contest in the United States. Staple of the Chinese diet, the contest is sponsored by the Taipei Economic Cultural Office in Boston.
Win $200 if you can eat the most dumplings in one sitting. $10 to participate Sign up that day.
Chai Found Music

On stage as our headliner is Chai Found Music, a Chinese Music Ensemble from Taipei/Taiwan. Founded in 1991 by Chengming Huang (Erhu) and Huikuan Lin (Pipa) to promote Chinese Music beyond the Chinese part of the world.
The ensembles of Chai Found Music Workshop perform Traditional Chinese Chamber Music or Sizhu Music. A Sizhu ensemble consists of 6 musicians playing Erhu (Chinese Fiddle), Pipa (Chinese Lute), Yangqin (Chinese Dulcimer), Ruan (Chinese Guitar or Banjo), Guzheng (Chinese Zither), and Di (Bamboo Flute).
