Pawtucket – The Pawtucket Advisory Commission on Arts & Culture (PACAC) seeks submissions from visual and performing artists either living or working in the city of Pawtucket to highlight on its new Instagram page, PawtucketARTSaAGRAM. This new arts initiative seeks to highlight the City’s artistic and creative talent on Instagram, a visual platform that allows the sharing of text, images and videos with their audience.
